The Integration Path

A Five-Session Mentorship for Therapists Exploring the Administration of Psychedelic-Assisted Care.

A clear, spacious container to explore whether psychedelic-assisted care is truly aligned with your practice and your values.

The Integration Path isn’t another training. It’s a pause before committing, to gather your own wisdom and give language to what’s been forming. Structured but deeply personal - clarity begins here.

Get Clear Before You Commit to Psychedelic Work.

The psychedelic field is full.

Courses. Certifications. Clinics. Retreats. Controversial opinions.

Amid this noise, the most important question perhaps is:
Is this truly mine to hold?

You’re a therapist with lived wisdom, clinical experience, and a presence that doesn’t rush. You’re not trying to join a movement. You’re trying to lead your life with integrity. Especially as something about this space calls.

What you need isn’t more content. You need a map. A mirror. A chance to ask:

  • Where do I stand in all of this?

  • What role—if any—am I meant to play?

  • Can I walk this path without selling out my values, my nervous system, or my soul?

  • What are the real-life legal, regulatory, ethical, logistical, and financial implications?

If these questions land: welcome. You’re exactly where you need to be.

What This Is

A five-session private mentorship for therapists, coaches, and wellness practitioners navigating whether, when, and how to ethically integrate psychedelic-assisted care into their work.

It’s structured, but spacious.
Informed, but humble.
Less how-to. More ‘let’s explore reality.’

What You’ll Experience

  • Session 1: Understanding Your Motivations, Experience, and Beliefs

You don’t build a career on someone else’s “why.” This session grounds your exploration in integrity—unpacking your own experiences, values, fears, and desires. You’ll clarify what’s guiding your interest in psychedelics, and where your internal compass wants to go.

  • Session 2: The Different Ways Clients Experience Psychedelics

In-Clinic. Retreats. Clinical trials. Underground circles. Solo journeys. This session maps the current landscape of access—so you can better support clients who are entering in wildly different ways, for wildly different reasons. You’ll explore where your responsibilities begin—and where they must end.

  • Session 3: The Reality of KAT and PAT in Clinical Settings

The clinic model sounds attractive—but what does it actually take? This session pulls back the curtain on logistics, regulation, staffing, scope, and financial sustainability. You’ll walk away knowing whether you’re drawn to build something—or better off collaborating with someone who already has.

  • Session 4: Therapist Readiness—Who Is This Work Really For?

This session is an honest look at fit. You’ll explore what makes a therapist genuinely well-suited to support psychedelic-assisted care—beyond certifications, interest, or experience. We’ll unpack core traits like presence, humility, embodiment, and inner work. You’ll reflect on your motivations, strengths, and blind spots to assess not just whether you can do this work—but whether you should.

  • Session 5: Self-Care and Sustainability in Psychedelic Work

This work is deep. Sometimes destabilizing. Sometimes beautiful. Always demanding. This final session centers your wellness. How will you hold this work—without it swallowing you? You’ll explore care strategies, boundary frameworks, and your own integration rhythm for moving forward.

  • Reflection prompts before each session

Why Therapists Say Yes

Who This Is For

You are…

  • A licensed or pre-licensed therapist (RCC, MSW, RP, psychologist)

  • A seasoned therapist who already “knows”—but wants space to name, refine, and integrate that knowing with clarity and confidence

  • A clinician or practice owner discerning whether to enter the psychedelic space

  • A wellness professional or coach with lived psychedelic experience, and a strong ethical compass

  • Someone who doesn’t want to rush—but doesn’t want to freeze, either

Who This Is Not For

This isn’t for you if…

  • You want a certification or formal training

  • You’re looking for step-by-step clinical protocols

  • You’re here to scale something without stopping to reflect on whether it’s aligned

Meet Your Mentor

Michael Tan blends executive leadership with embodied insight. As CEO of Numinus Wellness Inc., he leads one of North America’s more established psychedelic care companies—having guided the expansion of clinical teams, clinic infrastructure, training, and clinical trial operations across a complex and evolving landscape.

But what defines Michael isn’t just what he’s built. It’s what he’s lived. Through years of personal inquiry and immersive exploration, he’s developed a rare fluency in the nuances of psychedelic care — spanning modalities, frameworks, and ethical tensions. This mentorship was shaped not in a boardroom but through integration, reflection, and real-world discernment.

Michael meets each conversation not with a script but with grounded clarity and presence. He’s not here to lead you down a path. He’s here to help you uncover the one that’s truly yours.
